Jupyter Hub (TLJH)
The Littlest JupyterHub (TLJH) simple JupyterHub distribution for a small (0-100) number of users on a single server (https://tljh.jupyter.org/en/latest/index.html).
access / login
Jupyter Hub (TLJH) is available only from internal CeNT networks ( or with active CeNT VPN connection ).
- url address : https://tljh.cent.uw.edu.pl
- login : user account request is described at Intranet page CeNT Info under IT Department: Computing resources.
hardware
CPU : 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2680 v3 @ 2.50GHz ; (total 24 cores, 48 threads). RAM : 384 GB HDD : ~1.5 TB
software
Software available at https://tljh.cent.uw.edu.pl is based on https://hub.docker.com/r/jupyter/datascience-notebook/tags.
Current is jupyter/datascience-notebook:r-4.1.3 that provide among others
- python 3.9.10
- R 4.1.3 (2022-03-10)
- julia 1.7.2

limits / known problems
TLJH software is in beta.
One of bugs is that it is not possible from user account to change image. i.e. if you choose 'jupyter/datascience-notebook:r-4.1.3' and then would like to switch to different image it is not possible.
Workaround is, that in case you would like to use different image request for new account.
backup
user data is not backuped
remember to save your data, scripts, notebooks outside tljh.cent.uw.edu.pl environment.
